Julius Mutagubya is a highly experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist with over 20 years in laboratory services, including 14 years in managerial roles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Laboratory Technology from Makerere University and an MBA in Management from Guglielmo Marconi University, Italy. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Laboratory Science and Management at Makerere University, Julius is also a candidate for the Public Management and Leadership (PML) Fellowship offered in partnership with the Franklyn Institute, the US Embassy in Uganda, and Syracuse University, New York.
