Innocent Twebaze is a highly skilled laboratory scientist and public health specialist with extensive experience in laboratory diagnostics, health systems strengthening, and quality management. He has worked with leading institutions, including Makerere University, USAID-funded health programs, and international NGOs, playing a key role in improving laboratory services, biosafety, and disease surveillance. Innocent holds a Master of Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health.

His expertise in laboratory quality management, strategic leadership, and program implementation has significantly contributed to enhancing healthcare delivery and diagnostic services in Uganda.
