I am a quality assurance specialist with ten years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring quality management systems (QMS) across thirty-five facilities. I have developed expertise in training, auditing, and mentorship in standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 15189:2022, ISO/IEC 17043:2023, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO 19011:2018, and ISO 22367:2020.
I have successfully led and worked with eleven teams in Uganda, Kenya, and South Africa to apply, attain, and maintain Accreditation certification with bodies like SANAS, KENAS, and GCC. I have been recognized for my outstanding performance in the Quality department by my former employer, Lancet Laboratories. I am passionate about advancing performance excellence among individuals and institutions through offering training, auditing, mentorship, and research on Quality management systems and technical skills to support them in achieving their set goals.
Additionally, my background in public health fuels my passion for researching to inform policy and decision-making for individuals and government, and private institutions.
