• Eligibility: Our services are intended for laboratory professionals, students, and organizations within the scientific community.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities occurring under your account are your responsibility.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by ALMA—including lecture notes, videos, laboratory manuals, graphics, logos, and software—is the intellectual property of ALMA or its licensors.

• Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for educational purposes only.
• Prohibitions: You may not record, redistribute, sell, or modify any course content without express written consent from ALMA.

4. Academic Integrity and Student Conduct

As a member of the ALMA community, you agree to uphold the highest standards of professional ethics:

• Originality: All assignments, quizzes, and exams must be your own work.
• Professionalism: Interaction in forums and live sessions must be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, or the distribution of malicious content will result in immediate account termination.
• Laboratory Ethics: You agree to apply the management principles learned at ALMA in compliance with international safety and ethical standards.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• Pricing: Course fees are listed on the website and are subject to change.
• Payments: Payments must be made in full before access to certified modules is granted.
• Refund Policy: * Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
  • No refunds will be issued once a certificate of completion has been generated.

6. Certification and Accreditation

• Completion Requirements: Certificates are only issued upon meeting the minimum passing grade and attendance requirements.
• Recognition: While ALMA strives for international excellence, it is the student’s responsibility to verify if our certifications meet the specific regulatory or licensing requirements of their local national health or science ministry.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: ALMA provides educational training in laboratory management. We do not provide clinical or diagnostic services.

• No Guarantee of Outcome: ALMA does not guarantee employment or specific salary increases following the completion of our courses.
• Laboratory Safety: ALMA is not liable for any physical accidents, laboratory errors, or equipment damage that may occur in your physical workplace, even if you are applying principles learned through our platform.
• “As Is” Basis: Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding uptime or error-free performance.

8. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our platform may contain links to external scientific journals, laboratory vendors, or regulatory bodies. ALMA does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

9. Termination

ALMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, including but not limited to intellectual property theft or academic dishonesty.

10. Governing Law
